Confessions Of A Self Help Junkie is humorous self-help book written by Linda Pruce. Part memoir and part workbook, it’s a funny look at what happens when you become obsessed with looking for answers from the experts rather than trusting your own judgment.

Wow, this is really great! As cliché as it sounds, I too was a self-help junkie. I just read the free preview and your description of a self-help junkie fits me perfectly. I can’t wait to read the rest and figure out how to find my A.S.S. and pull my head out of it. Hopefully, I will also find that stick that everyone keeps telling me is up there
I hear you, Christine. I’ve had a few sticks up my own ass as well. In fact, the deeper one goes into self help, the longer the stick seems to get which is ironic if you ask me.
Glad you enjoyed the preview. Thanks for the positive feedback.
Cheers,
Linda
Hey Linda! Congrats! You’re my time-management hero! I’ve had “write book” on my personal to-do list for a few years now, too, so I know that takes some commitment, especially with kids! I just purchased your eBook and look forward to reading it! I’ll send the link along to all my self-help junkie friends!
Tara,
I read your blog and you get a ton of shit done, all while homeschooling – so pat yourself on the back!!
Read my August 17th post. It took me FIVE years to get this together, so don’t put me on your time management alter just yet.
Thanks for buying our ebook and for sending the preview out to your friends – I really appreciate it!
Take care,
Linda
I finished your book and loved it. One of the things I enjoyed was writing responses to your thought provoking questions. Do you offer any journaling workshops?
Thanks so much, Christine. I have done journaling workshops in the past. Do you live in Frederick?
Yes, I do live in Frederick.
